Sea Logistics Sales representative

- Generate new business opportunities with a clear focus on small and medium sized customers and build and own a healthy pipeline of customers within Sweden
- Take pricing decisions in collaboration with the Customer Care Manager in alignment with the Trade Management/Pricing recommendations
- Act as point of contact to the customer and inform our customers about our main Sea Logistics products
- Prepare and conduct customer visits, calls, presentations, negotiations and contracts
- Collaborate with the Customer Care team and Operational Care team and ensure proper handover of customer to operations in line with customers' requirements
- Develop customer relationships and add value to new and existing customers supply chain
- Perform the related CRM tasks/activities, ensuring that customer information is kept up to date
- Regularly travel to customers throughout Sweden

Your Skills and Experiences- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in freight forwarding sales role preferably with a focus on Sea Logistics
- Knowledge of the Swedish Sea Logistics Market is a great advantage
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both Swedish and English
- Effective presentation and customer relations skills
- The ability to proactively pursue leads, negotiate effectively, and close deals is fundamental.
- Goal oriented, self-disciplined, and self-motivated to produce results
- Open to learning about new services, technologies, and industry trends
- Good problem solving and negotiation skills
- Solid PC operational knowledge along with Microsoft Office applications experience
- Driver's License (B) is mandatory
