Vår uppdragsgivare är ett svenskt bolag inom medicinteknik/diagnostik som säljer kapitalvaror till sjukvården globalt. Bolaget befinner sig i en stark tillväxtfas och har produkter som är världsledande inom sitt område.

Som Försäljningschef Europa ansvarar du för att leda och utveckla säljkåren och supportavdelningen. Du har även eget ansvar för ett antal nyckelkunder och distributörer globalt.

Du har stor erfarenhet av MedTech med inriktning på internationell försäljning av kapitalvaror. Du har erfarenhet av både offentlig och privat sjukvård med både upphandlingar och direktförsäljning. Du är en engagerande ledare med starkt affärsdriv och har både strategiskt och operativt fokus. Om du har erfarenhet av att bygga upp säljorganisationer och distributörsnär så är det starkt meriterande.

Du ingår i den globala ledningsgruppen och rapporterar till CEO. Tjänsten är baserad på huvudkontoret strax utanför Stockholm men du gillar att vara ute hos kund med säljarna.
