Description

Responsibilities
  • Actively participate and ensure manufacturing is carried out according to set instructions and specified quality requirements
  • Participate in the daily manufacturing process
  • Take responsibility for processes and equipment within your area of responsibility
  • Share your knowledge with others to deliver a quality-assured product to the market with a strong customer focus.
Qualifications:
  • Completed high school education
  • Fluent in Swedish
  • Experience in operator work (meritorious)
  • It is advantageous if you have a technical interest

As an operator in the pharmaceutical industry, it is important that you are meticulous, have a quality mindset, and possess good teamwork skills. You are helpful, able to integrate with the team, and giving and receiving feedback is an essential part of daily work. The role requires you to be driven, calm, and take responsibility for your work. You are flexible, appreciate the high pace of production, and enjoy routine work.
