We are currently looking for a new operator for our pharmaceutical manufacturing, where you will have the chance to be involved right from the beginning in setting up a new production line for our future pharmaceutical product.

The current production team on line 4 consists of operators, lab engineers, process, and quality engineers. Together, you are responsible for manufacturing, management, and development of production processes for our biological pharmaceutical product. The team has a strong sense of community and values a working environment where everyone feels comfortable.

Responsibilities

The role is focused on the part of the line that is responsible for formulation (bulk) and aseptic filling. In your position, you will:

• Actively participate and ensure that manufacturing is carried out according to set instructions and specified quality requirements.
• Participate in daily manufacturing processes and media fills.
• Take responsibility for processes and equipment within your area of responsibility.
• Share your knowledge with others to deliver a quality-assured product to the market with a strong customer focus.

Qualifications:

• Completed high school education.
• Fluent in Swedish and proficient in English.
• Experience in operator work (desirable).
• Aseptic operator work is highly desirable.

As an operator in the pharmaceutical industry, it is important that you are meticulous and have a quality mindset, as well as good teamwork abilities. You are helpful and can integrate with the team where giving and receiving feedback is an important part of daily work. The role requires you to be driven and calm, and to take responsibility for your work. You are flexible and appreciate the high pace of production while also enjoying routine work.
