Finance Director to Saldo Bank

Saldo Bank UAB is a specialised bank licensed by the European Central Bank and regulated by the Bank of Lithuania. Saldo Bank offers fully automated lending solutions for consumers and SME customers and term deposit account services for consumer customers. The company's advanced scoring system ensures responsible lending, and its own lending system supports business growth also internationally.
The Group Finance Director is responsible for managing the financial actions of the company. This role includes tracking cash flow and financial planning as well as analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions. The Finance Director plays a critical role in providing financial guidance and support to the company and its stakeholders, enabling them to make sound business decisions. You will report to CEO and hava a central function in the Senior Leadership Team.
Key responsibilities:- Oversee the financial planning and analysis efforts, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis.
- Own and develop product based investment calculation to drive optimizations and KPI tracking towards company OKRs
- Ensure that all of the company's financial practices are in line in statutory regulations and legislation
- Analyze the financial climate and market trends to assist senior executives in creating strategic plans for the future
- Interpret complex financial information and provide updates, calculations and information for data-based decision making
- Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions
- Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company and innovate ways for Finance to optimize income for the company
- Stay up to date with technological advances and related software and automations to be used for financial purposes
- A Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
- Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus
- Experience with FAS and IFRS practise is a plus
- Proven experience in leading Finance and enabling business performance as part of senior management
- Strong understanding of how a business operates, achieves sustainable growth and successful strategies in the financial industry
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High ethical standards and professionalism
- Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical clear thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
To thrive in this position thepersonal fit is most important and that you want to be a part of this journey together with Saldo Bank. You have approximately 10years of experience in financial management and accounting as a CFO/Finance Director, or similar role, with a proven track record of success in finance management.
