Vi söker dig som vill arbeta med oss på Nordea Finance. Vi är ett dotterbolag till Nordea, en härlig arbetsplats med mycket energi. Om tjänsten

Gemensamt för oss på Nordea Finance är att man ger förstklassig service och vi lägger stor vikt vid tips och råd kring finansbolagets olika tjänster och produkter. Våra olika huvuduppgifter utgörs av kundkontakt via telefon och mejl, samt administrativt arbete.

Som medarbetare i teamet Customer Service Fleet, inom affärsområdet Car Finance, har du kontakt med våra företagskunder, kommuner, regioner, och Nordea Bank som är vår samarbetspartner. Vi jobbar med produkten bil-leasing inom ramavtal.

Tar ägarskap och har ett stort engagemang samt bidrar med en positiv attityd Motiveras av att arbeta i team och gillar att dela kunskap med dina kollegor Trivs med att fatta egna beslut, är noggrann och gillar att arbeta i ett högt tempo Har goda kommunikativa egenskaper där du uttrycker dig väl i både tal och skrift (svenska och engelska) Har eftergymnasial ekonomisk utbildning och några års erfarenhet från arbete inom ekonomi, gärna inom roller med direkt kundkontakt med företagskunder och/eller bank med finansieringslösningar Har god datorvana och god kännedom kring att jobba med Excel, Outlook samt god administrativ kunskap Har ett starkt eget driv, känner ansvar för din egen utveckling och kan hålla många bollar i luften
