Då kan detta vara jobbet för digTill ett föräldravikariat söker vi nu en Trade Marketing Manager som ska ansvara för att utveckla butikskampanjer och aktiviteter i butik som stödjer den övergripande marknadsstrategin med målsättning att stärka Pågens position och tillväxt på den svenska marknaden. I den här rollen jobbar du tätt och tvärfunktionellt med kollegor inom bland annat marknad, kund & kategori, inköp och sälj. Du samarbetar även med trade kollegor på övriga länder för utbyte av information, inspiration och utveckling av gemensamma trade kampanjer.Vad erbjuder vi dig? Vad innebär rollen? Huvudansvaret i rollen är att vara med och utveckla en marknadsstrategi i butik och vi söker dig som tänker kreativt och kommer med nya innovativa lösningar och som har en stor förståelse för kundens köpbeteende i butik. Tillsammans med teamet utarbetar du och säkerställer en aktivitetsplan. Ditt fokus är att skapa butiksaktiviteter/POS material där våra produkter syns och får de bästa förutsättningarna samt förmedla information till vår interna säljorganisation.I rollen ingår det dagligen kontakt med olika leverantörer och reklambyråer och du deltar även i relevanta upphandlingar för rollen.I rollen som Trade Marketing Manager ingår följande ansvar och arbetsuppgifter:
• Tillsammans med Senior Trade Maketing Manager leda utvecklingen av butiksaktiviteter med syfte att driva efterfrågan på våra produkter.
• Utifrån marknadsplanen ta fram rätt mix av aktiviteter i butikerna. Aktiviteterna kan bland annat innefatta konsumentkampanjer, säljlösningar samt att driva fortsatt utveckling av det visuella uttrycket i brödavdelningen.
• Ansvara för att implementera och säkerställa att aktiviteterna tas fram inom satt tidsram, genomförs och utvärderas i Sverige.
• Framtagande av innovationer för att öka och driva uppmärksamhet i butik.
• Driva utveckling inom "Pågens digitala kundvarv"
• Ansvar för budget och kostnadsuppföljning av aktiviteter.
• Administration såsom att upprätthålla och säkerställa information i interna system. Vi söker dig som:Har en akademisk utbildning inom marknadsföring el annan relevant utbildning samt mycket god erfarenhet cirka (2-3 år) av konsumentmarknadsföring inom FMCG (snabbrörliga konsumentvaror).Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet från att driva butiksaktiviteter i dagligvaruhandeln och att du har god kunskap om vilka säljdrivande mekaniker som fungerar. Som person är du kreativ och kommer med nya innovativa lösningar utifrån ett konsument- och kategoriperspektiv.Du har lätt för att uttrycka dig skriftligt och muntligt, både på svenska och engelska, och tycker om att hålla presentationer i olika forum.För att lyckas och trivas i rollen behöver du ha förmågan att arbeta självständigt/ta egna initiativ och att fatta beslut. Du gillar att anta nya utmaningar, är lyhörd och anpassningsbar och har förmågan att entusiasmera och engagera andra. Vidare är du analytisk, strukturerad och lösningsorienterad.
