In the rapidly changing FMCG-environment, you will be a key part of our continued success and growth throughout Sweden. You will take on the lead for our Swedish Retail Key Account Manager team of 8 Key Account Managers and 1 Junior Key Account Manager, located in Helsingborg and Stockholm. You will be part of the Swedish Retail Management Team and report to our Country Manager of Nestlé Sweden, Jonas Holfve.

This role is located at our Swedish head office in Helsingborg.

The Challenges that Await You

As our new Head of KAM, you will play a crucial role in developing the long-term Nestlé Sweden strategy for our sales, customers, and Key Account Manager team in multiple sales channels. Your main challenge is to drive and further build our Nestlé brands by strengthening strategic customer relationships and developing business in the Swedish market. You will ensure continuous action to drive value with our customer and make sure Nestlé Sweden stays competitive. This also means leading our customer investments allocation and making sure to drive the best possible return on investment for all the activities across all the customers.

You will have a key leadership role with responsibility to build and develop our Key Account Manager team. The ability to gain commitment and agreement of others is important, and you will build trust and a positive culture within the organization to make sure we pursue challenging goals together. Operating in this business environment comes with high growth expectations and requires leadership skills to drive a winning culture and organizational capability.

To succeed in the role, we believe that you have a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or similar and you have a true passion for leadership. You have a vast commercial leadership background within FMCG and hold an excellent understanding of modern retail. You have experience in sales strategy, a wide experience in sales tactics and strong negotiation skills. You need to be fluent in English and Swedish.
