Ambu A/S is currently seeking a Territory Manager, Endoscopy Solutions (ESL) to promote Ambu's Endoscopy products in the designated regional area. Reporting directly to the Nordic Sales Director, ESL, the Territory Manager will play a vital role in the Sales team in Sweden and across the Nordic region, with the primary placement for this position being in Northern Sweden, specifically north of Stockholm.

As the Territory Manager, ESL, your main goal will be to boost revenue and expand market share by acquiring new clients, converting competitors' accounts, and increasing product utilization among existing customers. This position is perfect for a resilient individual with a proven flair for entrepreneurship and driving growth.

Your Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers in clinical and non-clinical settings
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales prospects
  • Driving sales growth in your region in alignment with set budgets
  • Delivering product training, including large-scale sessions, and offering customer support
  • Participating in relevant national trade shows and exhibitions
  • Leveraging CRM tools and processes to enhance reporting and accountability
  • Effectively communicating value propositions through proposals and presentations
  • Ensuring seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders such as product marketing, market access, and customer service
  • Managing a professional tender process for the Visualization business including market research and post-tender follow-up

Your Background

  • Demonstrating qualities such as optimism, a growth mindset, curiosity, and exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Prior experience in sales management and/or key account management
  • Sales background in a Medical Device/IVD company within the Nordic region, particularly with surgical products
  • Proficiency in regional tender processes
  • Experience in sales driven by relationships
  • Proven track record in sales planning, optimization, pipeline management, and performance analysis
  • Preferably, some clinical experience
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry

Kindly note: Although you will primarily work from a home office, anticipate spending the majority of your time meeting with customers, approximately 4 days a week.
