Brothers har för närvarande 43 butiker varav e-handeln är den största. Sedan något år satsar vi extra på vår digitala affär där vårt mål är att bredda vårt erbjudande, att nå flera kunder och att skapa långsiktiga relationer med dem. Vi söker nu dig, som tillsammans med oss vill göra verklighet av våra målsättningar.

Uppdraget är att prestera försäljning och lönsamhet enligt satt budget och strategi. Det innebär att du driver den dagliga försäljningen tillsammans med ditt team, vidtar åtgärder för ökad försäljning och snabbt löser problem som kan uppstå. Din närvaro och know-how är essentiellt viktiga för att lyckas i rollen.

Förutom att vidareutveckla siten kommer du att ansvara för och utveckla Brothers Marketplace, SEO, digital wholesale och en hel del annat som vi har i planen. Teamet består av dig och två Online merchandisers. Du har ett nära, dagligt samarbete med Marknad men även med IT och Sortiment.

Brothers kundservice är outsourcad till en extern part och du är deras uppdragsgivare och kontaktperson.

Vi tror att du, framför allt är precis lika säljdriven som vi. Blir medryckande glad när målet slås och fokuserat handlingsinriktad när det inte "flyger". Du besitter en stark affärsförståelse med utpräglad känsla för kundens behov och önskemål. Du brinner för att skapa den bästa online upplevelsen.

Du är också bra på att planera och genomföra projekt. Håller hög kvalitet och levererar enligt tidplan. Du delar med dig av ditt engagemang och gillar att arbeta tillsammans med andra, men är också bekväm med att arbeta självständigt.

Med din kompetens och erfarenhet inom digital handel har du förmågan att guida och inspirera andra i teamet till att nå sina mål och maximera försäljningen.

Formella krav

  • Universitetsutbildning inom e-handel, marknad, digital business eller annan kommersiell utbildning som kan ses som likvärdig.
  • Mer än 5 års erfarenhet av liknande roll i ett företag av motsvarande storlek. Det är meriterande om du tidigare har arbetat med Mode.
  • Arbetat i Magento e-handelsplattform och besitter super user kompetens.
  • Övriga IT-system: Voyado Elevate, Business Central och Business Intelligence.
  • Svenska och engelska

Det är starkt meriterande om du har erfarenhet av och har haft en central roll i en tillväxtresa i ett omnikanalföretag.

Du kommer ingå i Brothers ledningsgrupp och rapportera till Brothers VD.

Tjänsten är tillsvidare med tillsättning snarast möjligt. 6 månaders provanställning.
