About the team

We are starting an interesting new chapter at GANT where we aim to revamp our loyalty program to match our brand platform and create new and improved connections with our customers - are you the right person to lead the change? This role is a key stakeholder in the process to create a new loyalty program and you will report directly to the Global Head of CRM in the E-commerce team - together we work towards the vision of creating a best in class customer experience. The position is a maternity cover until January 2026.

This is a parental cover that is expected to last for ca 1 year.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strategy and plan for our loyalty program and the commercial CRM activity plan in Retail, e-com and emails
  • Lead and develop new ways to connect and communicate with our loyal customers in store, online and through our email channel to add value to their membership
  • Secure that we have a loyalty offering that is up to date and relevant, offering new benefits, collaborations, partnerships and incentives to drive CLV
  • Lead member acquisition efforts in all of our channels and make sure that recruitment targets are met
  • Plan and secure execution of the commercial CRM activity plan together with Global eCom, Retail and CTC
  • Secure that our CRM communication and loyalty offering is effectively communicated to our members in all channels
  • Secure that our loyalty program is integrated in the commercial activity plan
  • Secure internal communication and information to relevant stakeholders
  • Set up and monitor CRM KPI's, share progress with Global E-com, Retail, Brand and the rest of the business
  • Monitor and track recruitment and activation campaign performance and suggest improvements
  • Present consumer insights from loyalty program to relevant departments
  • Lead a CRM coordinator in the daily work
