All about the role:

As a SEO Manager at Electrolux, you will be part of a team responsible for the search engine optimization for the Business Area Europe & APMEA (BA EA). Working with key stakeholders across the business to enhance the Electrolux websites positions on search engines and increasing targeted organic sessions to our websites.

You will support with conceptualizing, developing, and managing organic on-site journeys that increase visits, conversion, engagement, loyalty, and ultimately, retention among the Electrolux, AEG, Frigidaire brands. Your key focus is content and onsite optimization including technical SEO best practice. To achieve this, you will work closely with the teams that have responsibility for developing content within the Web and Outbound communications team and the team responsible for the website development within the Consumer Direct Interaction Experience Organization (CDI XO).

You will work in the Europe & APMEA Marketing team reporting to the SEO Lead. You will work closely with 3 other SEO Managers with both Technical and Content competencies. We are a team committed to delivering outstanding consumer experiences designed to scale across our markets. We believe it's critical to put the consumer at the heart of what we do and how we communicate.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • SEO improvements: Responsible for Care, Wellbeing, Small domestic appliances and Loyalty specific projects across Europe & APMEA.
  • SEO strategy: Work with internal teams and agency to execute on the SEO strategy across key websites in BA EA with a key focus in Europe.
  • Audit and improve: With the help of SEO monitoring tools and Technical SEO manager prioritize what to improve in order for our web properties to rank higher and drive more organic traffic.
  • SEO research: Conduct keyword and SEO research for internal projects, new developments and optimization. Ensure crossover keyword strategy approach in collaboration with Paid media team.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Be the Subject Matter Expert for SEO and actively contribute to development of our websites and ensure SEO is always considered.
  • Ownership of end-to-end content lifecycle. Redirects, temporary unavailable campaigns etc.
  • Automation: Work towards automation of tasks, with tools/micro services and scale up to all key domains in the region. Drive content creation at scale with support of AI and translation with SEO in mind.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Computer Science, IT or related field or relevant Business experience.
  • At least 5 years of SEO experience.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful SEO strategies for large-scale websites.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
  • Experience of working with several websites in several different markets with a multitude of languages.
  • Proficiency in working with several different SEO tools such as: SEMrush, Ahrefs, BrightEdge, Screaming Frog, Lumar etc.
  • Proficient across Google suite including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Looker Studio and used Google sheets and/or Excel to populate and make data speak.
