Twistshake has three sales channels – e-commerce, wholesale and marketplaces, where E-commerce is the biggest to date. We are currently seeking an experienced and innovative E-commerce Manager to join our team that can propel our digital selling and customer experience to new heights.

Duties and responsibilities

In the role as E-commerce Manager you will be responsible for our e-com platform, converting incoming traffic to the best extent possible and create continuously optimize for a fantastic, frictionless and convenient shopping experience for our customers. You will also collaborate on planning and driving technical development alongside the IT department — all aimed at enabling data driven insights as a backbone for optimizing our sales on an international scale.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Manage and optimize our ecommerce platform to ensure a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience.
  • Set the long-term strategical work for the platform.
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and website traffic, as well as implementing strategies to improve them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, content team and customer service to ensure alignment for e-commerce initiatives that drives customer satisfaction and profitable sales
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce.
  • Manage key relationships for implementing sales optimization strategies, such as payment processing solutions, business intelligence developers and performance marketing stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to e-commerce operations, including data privacy and consumer protection laws.

This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Who are You

  • Extensive experience (4+ years) in e-commerce within D2C with a proven track record of driving sales and implementing successful strategies.
  • Previous experience in successful staff and team management.
  • Strong ability to create structure and clear work processes for yourself and the team.
  • Extensive experience in defining and tracking e-com related KPIs.
  • A distinct commercial and business-focused mindset, adapting to business needs while navigating both operational and strategical actions.
  • Experience in specifying (directly or indirectly) new or enhanced technical features to third parties.
  • Experience in project management and has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
