Job MissionCampaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize cutting-edge ecommerce marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Performance Analysis: Deliver insightful analysis and comprehensive reports on KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Innovation: Pioneer innovative strategies that transform and elevate the industry.
Collaboration: Partner with the Head of Digital Growth (Performance Marketing) and cross-functional teams to synchronize marketing efforts with business goals.
Ideal ProfileRequirements
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
- Experience managing 6-7 figure monthly budgets.
- Strong ecommerce background with a successful track record.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Native-level proficiency in Norwegian or Swedish is highly desirable.
- Remote and international work experience.

- Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Ability to work autonomously with exceptional self-management, multitasking, and prioritization skills, maintaining efficiency under tight deadlines.
