About the job

This temporary role is covering for maternity leave for 15 months. It is operational, focusing on creating text content for the web, social media, and our internal channels in English. We are looking for a specialist copywriter who can produce syntactic prose across multiple channels at a native level. The tasks include agile in-house text production and editing, producing video scripts for expert videos, product launch videos, and webinars, and creating social media posts, web texts, customer case stories, and internal communication activities in line with our brand guidelines.

You will be part of our central Marketing & Communications team and work in close cooperation with several stakeholders and team colleagues to plan, produce, and publish content in line with the Alfa Laval Energy Division's business strategy. You will also be responsible for monitoring the progress and results of your external content, continuously working to improve and facilitate the impact of Alfa Laval's global marketing and communication activities on a global scale.

The position is in Lund (Sweden), and you will report to the VP of Marketing & Communications for the Energy Division.

Who you are

Understanding online user behaviours, reach optimization, and creating content that drives conversion rates is right up your alley. You are a solution-oriented person who jumps at any opportunity to transform strategies and plans into measurable actions. You are self-driven, outgoing, and a team player with great social skills.

What you know

You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent education in English or Marketing and/or communications. You are an experienced copywriter and seasoned content producer. You have several years' experience working with web and social media marketing, and you are skilled in using SEO tools, content management systems, and publishing platforms.

You have at least 3-4 years' experience working with digital marketing at a large international company or as a consultant from a media agency. You are confident in your digital marketing skills and your ability to drive Alfa Laval's position in the energy market. You are native English, and you know how to transform complex technical information into relevant content that impact and increases the follower base.
