The role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Head of Group Accounting to join our team at Allurity. In this important role, you will be responsible for group accounting, ensuring the highest standards of financial reporting and compliance. You will play a pivotal role in our financial strategy and operations, contributing to the continued success and growth of Allurity.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the group accounting function in close collaboration with the Allurity CFO, Finance Manager, and subsidiaries' finance functions/CFOs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with IFRS.
  • Coordinate and consolidate financial reporting from subsidiaries.
  • Oversee tax compliance and strategy and manage treasury.
  • Conduct acquisition analyses and impairment tests.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and other stakeholders.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls and compliance.
  • Drive improvement projects and efficiencies within the accounting function.

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in group accounting.
  • Good knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP.
  • Highly skilled in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working in an international environment is highly desirable.
