The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Head of Group Finance to lead our external financial reporting as a stock listed company. The role is critical in supporting our strategic decision-making process and you will be part of the Finance leadership team and report directly to the Group CFO. You will be responsible for both statutory accounting for the Swedish parent company and its subsidiaries and also for the group accounting and reporting. The role includes responsibility for a team of three accountants based in Stockholm.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • The Group ́s financial reporting as a stock listed company.
  • Statutory reporting and income tax returns in the parent company and its subsidiaries.
  • Accounting principles, compliance and policies.
  • Implement and monitor effective internal controls.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and ensure preparation of the yearly audit.
  • Drive improvements within the Finance department.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in group consolidation and external reporting in a stock listed company in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of Swedish GAAP and IFRS. Knowledge of US GAAP is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both oral and written.
