Nordic Leisure Travel Group operates in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland. The group includes travel organizers such as Ving Sweden, Ving Norway, Globetrotter, Spies Denmark, Tjäreborg Finland, Sunclass Airlines, and Resorts & Hotels with their own hotel chains Sunwing Family Resorts, Ocean Beach Club, and Sunprime Hotels. They sell approximately trips annually across the Nordic countries.

We are looking for someone to take on the overall responsibility for developing and managing the financial systems and BI solutions within the finance department. It's a new specialized role in the company that requires strong self-leadership.

About the role

As a Finance Systems & BI Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the system architecture. While the specific system responsibilities lie with system owners and superusers, you will collaborate closely with them, IT, and the business, acting as a bridge between them. Your focus will be on the financial systems and BI solutions within finance.

Main responsibilities:
- Overall responsible for NLTG Finance Systems in close collaboration with IT
- Managing ongoing support, development, and implementation of business systems, integrations, and other finance-related matters in cooperation with finance function system owners and administrators.
- Developing, enhancing, and managing Power BI reports related to the finance function.
- Supporting Finance team members with Power BI, AI, and other analytical tools through training, troubleshooting, and report development.
- Working closely with Business IT and BI for project collaboration, sharing experiences, staying updated on current and future BI tools, etc.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments, business units, countries, systems, and applications to improve and automate routines, processes, and analyses within the entire finance department.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a candidate with a degree in Business Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science. You should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role in a company or consultancy firm. Strong accounting understanding and knowledge of financial processes are essential. Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required. Experience in driving change management and system mapping and implementation in larger companies, preferably in a project management role, is preferred. Experience with Power BI and working in larger ERP systems like NAV or Dynamics365 is highly beneficial.

Since this role involves driving significant change, we are looking for a driven individual who can take ownership and initiative independently to harmonize and streamline processes, systems, and workflows. You should be curious, solution-oriented, outgoing, pedagogical, possess strong communication skills, and have a collaborative mindset to fit well in this role.
