Rollen som Financial System Controller inom Group Accounting är central och vi behöver nu förstärka teamet med en person till. Det är en roll för dig som vill utveckla dina systemkunskaper, samtidigt som du får användning av din erfarenhet av koncernredovisning. Du får jobba tätt tillsammans med vår Financial System Controller, som arbetat många år i bolaget. Tillsammans agerar ni stöd till organisationen kring systemutveckling och underhåll i nuvarande koncernrapporteringssystem HFM. Bolaget står inför en förändringsresa där koncernrapporteringssystemet ska bytas, vilket kommer innebära en rolig resa från HFM in i ett nytt system. Du kommer rapportera till Charlotte Göransson, Head of Group Accounting, och du kommer få en central roll i en global förvärvsintensiv organisation

Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer bland annat att bestå av:
  1. Underhåll och utveckling av koncernrapporteringssystemet HFM
  2. Incidenthantering
  3. Access management
  4. Arbeta med och dokumentera processförbättringar
  5. Arbete med cybersäkerhet

"För att komma till sin rätt i rollen som Financial System Controller bör man ha sin grund inom koncernredovisning och administration av ekonomisystem. Att kunna sin redovisning är viktigt både för att kunna bidra i förbättrings- och utvecklingsarbete, och för att kunna kontrollera att systemet konsoliderar korrekt. Vi är bland de snabbaste när det gäller att stänga böckerna, och då gäller det att allt är rätt från början", fortsätter Charlotte.

Du kommer att tillhöra ett härligt gäng på fem personer som sitter i ljusa, fina lokaler i centrala Stockholm. ASSA ABLOY tillämpar hybridarbete men eftersom alla trivs så bra tillsammans är det oftast full fart på kontoret.

För att lyckas i rollen behöver du:

  1. Akademisk utbildning inom ekonomi och gärna också systemvetenskap
  2. Ha en bakgrund inom koncernredovisning/controlling men känna att din karriär framåt handlar om system
  3. Besitta en god analytisk förmåga och vara strukturerad i ditt arbete
  4. Tala och skriva svenska och engelska obehindrat
