Job Description

The Manager of Join is responsible for leading the team in delivering an exceptional first impression and seamless transition from candidate to colleague for every new joiner. You ensure that the best tools, processes, and practices are in place for H&M to recruit top talent.

As the Manager of Join, you will set and evolve the "Join" strategy for the company, encompassing Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations enablement, Talent Marketing, and Pre-boarding, leading a team of specialists in those areas and in collaboration with key stakeholders.

You are a strategic player in the People Life Cycle team, securing the business relevance of all initiatives within your scope.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the "Join" Strategy and Governance.
  • Lead and manage a team of HR specialists, being accountable for the team's deliverables, setting organizational priorities, and allocating resources to ensure performance and workload distribution.
  • Set and communicate the strategic vision, scope, processes, frameworks, systems, and tools linked to Join for H&M.
  • Secure the strategic design and deliverables of Join in cooperation with relevant teams, ensuring the HR mission of 'Enabling people through high-quality colleague experience' including Colleague Experience, Talent Marketing, and Pre-Boarding.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of talent acquisition operations across the organization through processes, systems, and high-quality experiences.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Join Digital Implementation.
Qualifications

As the Manager of Join, you are a visionary leader capable of driving strategy and initiatives to attract and retain top talent, fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and positioning the organization as an employer of choice. You have a proven track record in talent acquisition, strong leadership skills, and the ability to innovate and drive continuous improvement in HR processes. Additionally, we believe you have:

  • Strong experience and proven leadership abilities, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Extensive experience in HR management or related roles, focusing on talent acquisition, recruitment, and employer branding.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition processes, programs, and initiatives in a global organization.
  • Skills in Leadership & Team Management, Talent Acquisition Strategy & Recruitment Operations, Recruitment Technology Enablement & Implementation, Process Development, Subject Matter Expertise, HR Tech Solution Design & Implementation, Analytical Skills, Systemic Thinking, and Stakeholder Management.
  • Formal education within HR, Finance, Business, or equivalent.
  • HR Professional certifications or other relevant training.
Additional Information

This is a permanent position based in Stockholm with start date as soon as possible. You will report to Head of Life Cycle.
