Vi söker en Head of Sourcing & Legal Affairs som ska leda, utveckla och driva resultat tillsammans med teamet mot vårt mål Störst på riktigt. Det här är en strategisk och taktisk roll där du b.la säkerställer externa samarbeten med ägare, samarbetspartners och leverantörer både i Sverige och internationellt. Du ingår i ledningsgrupp Finance & Administration och rapporterar till CFO. Ditt team består av sex erfarna medarbetare med specialistkompetenser inom ansvarsområdet.

I rollen får du:

• Säkerställa och möjliggöra långsiktigt hållbara affärer

• Arbeta i nära samarbete med nyckelfunktioner som bolagsledning, IT- och affärsledning, produktägare, marknad och försäljning

• Arbeta med rådgivning kopplat till lagar som reglerar ATG:s verksamhet, som GDPR, AML, Spellagen och CSRD

• Budget, resultat och personalansvar

• Vara med och skapa världens bästa spelupplevelse i Nordens största spelbolag

• Fortsätta utveckla teamet och arbetet kring ansvaret inom Sourcing & Legal Affairs

Är det här du?

Vi söker dig som har relevant akademisk examen och gedigen erfarenhet av förändringsledning och ledarskap. Det är önskvärt att du har god förståelse för GDPR då ansvaret för att driva ATG:s interna GDPR arbete ligger i teamet. Tidigare erfarenhet från dynamiska och komplexa branscher är meriterande. För att lyckas i denna roll behöver du ha god kommunikationsförmåga, ett utvecklande förhållningssätt och förståelse för IT-inköp och komplexa tjänsteavtal.
