The Head of Demand Generation is passionate about growth and all the different ways there are to create brand awareness and demand generation, using different marketing tactics, in order to scale our business.

As Head of Demand Generation, your main objective is to grow our markets by increasing brand awareness as well as create and capture demand. You will strategize, initiate and execute an array of marketing activities in several markets globally.

Working closely with Sales you make sure high intent leads are taken care of, converted through the funnel to deals creation and ARR as well as follow up on performance and market insights.

The overall objective is to drive revenue and growth for our business in all our global markets. You will be the team lead for the Demand Generation team consisting of specialists within Performance Marketing, Marketing Ops, Lifecycle Marketing, and Demand Gen Marketing. Reporting to the CMO.

Typical assignments include:

  • Develop and own the global demand gen strategy (market, industry and ICP, and campaign specific) as well as GTM initiatives for all global markets with focus on creating growth
  • You are the demand gen conductor - You closely follow market trends within the demand gen domain, keep a close eye on competitors and is always one step ahead in terms of our own demand gen strategy, execution, and analysis
  • Plan and execute end-to-end multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive increasing volume of high intent leads, deals creation, marketing pipeline and inbound ARR through new customer acquisition.
  • Together with your team plan and build different demand gen programs (e.g. paid advertising, events, ABM, content collabs, communities/networks activities and other sources/channels) from strategy development to theme conceptualization, content procurement, copywriting, scheduling, logistics, and promotions.
  • Be responsible for customer behavior analysis for all channels in order to optimize based on these insights
  • You have a strong willingness to experiment: Demand generation isn't an exact science, you should feel comfortable with trying new techniques or testing existing ones.
  • Continuously running experiments and work with optimization, tracking, measuring and analysis
  • Set and manage budget and forecasts, set targets, budget and relevant KPIs for all channels and ensure each activity delivers on ROI.
  • Measure and report on the success of demand generation activities, using full funnel metrics from leads to pipeline to revenue as well as multi touch attribution insights
  • Close collaboration and building relationships with your own peers in the Marketing team as well as Sales, Product, RevOps, CS and other stakeholders internally as externally

Requirements:

  • Proven track record within demand generation or similar growth/revenue generation methodologies
  • 5-7 years of experience with demand generation/growth/digital marketing or similar role (preferably within SaaS)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of a sales process
  • Self-motivated, team player with a growth mindset
  • Strong communicator
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus
