Som vår Key Account Manager blir du ansiktet utåt mot några av våra mest värdefulla nyckelkunder inom Dagligvaru- och Servicehandeln.Du får ett självständigt ansvar för att kontinuerligt driva och utveckla försäljningen. Vi förväntar oss att du tar fullt ägarskap över dina kundkonton – från att operativt leda försäljningsaktiviteter, mässor och produktlanseringar till att kreativt lösa försäljningsutmaningar som ökar NOCCO; Vitamin Well, NOBE, Smiling och Barebellssynlighet och marknadsandel.

Med hjälp av din analytiska skärpa och ditt strategiska tänkande kommer du att:
  • Driva försäljning:Utforma och genomföra strategiska försäljningsplaner för att uppnå försäljningsmål och stärka varumärkespositionen.Förhandla fram win-win avtal, stärka partnerskap och bidra till ömsesidig tillväxt.
  • Stärka kundrelationer genom att agera som en pålitlig partner för nyckelkunder, med fokus på långsiktiga framgångar.
  • Analysera marknaden för att anpassa strategier efter aktuella trender och kundbehov. Med trygghetnavigera i service- och detaljhandelslandskapet för att optimera kundhanteringen.
  • Samarbeta tvärfunktionellt med team inom produktutveckling, marknadsföring och logistik för att möta kundbehov på bästa sätt.

Vem Är du?

För denna roll söker vi dig som har ett driv att testa dina kunskaper i en ny kontext och som drivs av att alltid utvecklas och vinna på marknaden. Detta innebär:

  • Minst 4 års kvalificerad erfarenhet som Key Account Manager, med en bevisad förmåga att driva försäljning och bygga starka kundrelationer inom FMCG-sektorn.
  • Ett etablerat nätverk inom Servicehandel (SVH) och Dagligvaruhandel (DVH), vilket möjliggör snabba framsteg och effektiva partnerskap.
  • Starka analytiska färdigheter för att tolka marknadsdata och trender, vilket underlättar utveckling av effektiva strategier för varumärkestillväxt.
  • Exceptionella kommunikationsfärdigheter, både skriftligt och muntligt, på svenska och engelska, för att effektivt förhandla och presentera.
  • Förmåga till strategisk planering och hantering av flera projekt samtidigt, samtidigt som du upprätthåller fokus på detaljer och deadlines.
  • Hög motivationsnivå och en proaktiv inställning till att hitta nya affärsmöjligheter och lösa utmaningar på kreativa sätt.
  • Teamspelaregenskaper med en förmåga att samarbeta effektivt med andra avdelningar och bidra till en positiv och produktiv arbetsmiljö.
  • Förståelse för digitala verktyg och CRM-system för att maximera effektiviteten i kundhanteringen och försäljningsprocesserna.
