Som Business Analytics Consultant i Customer Care bliver du sammen med teamet ansvarlig for at supportere og videreudvikle de dataløsninger, vi leverer til vores kunder.

Rollen kræver både hands-on erfaring med Microsofts Business Analytics-værktøjer og vilje og evne til at møde vores kunder i øjenhøjde og levere den ekstra gode service, kunderne lægger mærke til og bare vil have mere af. Du får masser af ansvar, frihed, faglig udvikling og opbakning fra vores Head of Customer Care – og nå ja, resten af landets stærkeste team af Business Analytics-konsulenter.

Som Business Analytics Consultant i Customer Care, bliver du en del af et team, der udover incident håndtering træder til og bringer dine kompetencer i spil på en lang række andre spændende opgaver:

  • Bidrage til at sætte retningen for og handlingen bag, at vores kunder får den bedst tænkelige kundeservice
  • Modtage nye kunder i Customer Care med åbne arme
  • Incident håndtering
  • Fast-track udviklingsopgaver for mindre udvidelser af kundernes løsninger
  • Proaktiv monitorering af kundernes løsninger
  • Sparring og rådgivning til kunderne om, hvordan de får endnu mere værdi ud af løsningerne
  • Online sessioner med kunderne, med fif fra din fif-kasse på relevante fagområder
  • Sikre at kundernes løsninger kører stabilt, performer og optimeres løbende
