All about the role:

The Insight Business partner will, as part of the Consumer Insights Team Europe and APAC MEA, play a key role in enabling consumer-centric innovations in product line 'Care', including categories related to laundry and dish appliances.

You will work closely together with laundry and dish teams across the organisation, actively securing that the consumer perspective is prioritized in innovation processes. You will do this by analysing existing data and knowledge from internal as well as external sources. You will also manage qualitative and quantitative research projects tailored to understand consumer needs and behaviours.

Your role is both operational and strategic and we expect you to go beyond reporting data to truly converting it into insights that can drive the business. To perform well you will interact with many stakeholders including marketing, product lines, design, R&D and insights.

The Consumer Insights Business Partner is a critical and central role for our organisation. If you are passionate about driving consumer centricity, translating data into actionable insights and communicate them in a complex organisation, this is a great role for you.

What you'll do:

  • Work with people across the globe in different functions, securing that the consumer perspective is prioritized in innovation processes in laundry and dish categories
  • Educate and challenge the organisation towards consumer centricity, balancing inside-out and outside-in perspectives
  • Be active in the Insights Community with insight colleagues from other business areas, to share ongoing projects, best practices and identify synergies
  • Proactively and reactively gather and analyse data and knowledge, translating it into actionable insights and communicate them throughout the organisation
  • Actively plan and prioritize projects and requests based on most important business needs

Qualifications:

  • Relevant academic degree
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience of product innovation and product messaging
  • Solid knowledge in research methodology
  • Experience of research project management
  • Experience of handling senior stakeholders in complex organisations
  • Fluency in English, spoken as well as written

Position Details:

You will be based at our Global headquarters on Kungsholmen in Stockholm, Sweden.

This is temporary employment to cover for a parental leave, from October 2024 until September 2025, but may potentially turn into a permanent role.
