Om tjänsten
Vi letar nu efter en Customer Support Agent på deltidsom ska göra våra kunder till de mest nöjda i branschen. Som CSA är du Brizos kontaktperson till våra kunder (e-handlarna). Du hjälper nya kunder och existerande kunder med frågor som berör deras produkter, leverans och logistikrelaterade ärenden.

Din bakgrund och profil
Du är en positiv person som tar ansvar och möter dagens utmaningar med ett leende. Du är motiverad av att erbjuda en fantastisk service och har en hög energinivå. För att lyckas med oss tror vi att du har följande egenskaper och kvalifikationer:
- Du trivs med att arbeta i startup-miljö
- Utåtriktad, lösningsorienterad och orädd
- Du arbetar självständigt men är också en bra lagspelare
- Du behärskar svenska och engelska, både skriftligt och i tal
- Du har tidigare arbetslivserfarenhet inom service, administration eller logistik.
- Du har god dator- och systemvana
