The Role:
As an HR Coordinator at Consilium Safety Group, you will play a vital role in our day-to-day operations, working closely with managers and employees to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes. Your responsibilities will include managing onboarding and offboarding processes, handling practical employee matters, facilitating HR communication, and overseeing certificates, HR systems, company cars, and occupational health care.
Additionally, you will support our Swedish organization and drive our processes towards digitization to create efficiency. You will be an integral part of a diverse and highly engaged HR team, managing a full range of HR activities.
The Candidate:
We are looking for a structured, digital-savvy, and self-starting candidate with an eye for detail and excellent communication skills. You should have 2-3 years of HR experience, a Bachelor's degree in HR, and fluency in both English and Swedish. Experience in diverse HR processes is essential for success in this role.
