As a market expert, you will provide guidance to hiring managers on industry-specific trends and practices, helping us stay ahead of the competition. Your expertise will be invaluable in creating compelling and inclusive job advertisements, sourcing potential candidates through various online platforms, and managing the entire recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to define selection criteria and establish process timelines.
  2. Create engaging and inclusive job advertisements that showcase our company culture and values.
  3. Source potential candidates through various online platforms, including professional networks and social media.
  4. Manage the entire recruitment process, including candidate screening, assessments, and interviews.
  5. Champion initiatives related to employer branding, EDI, and candidate experience.
  6. Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote our company brand.
  7. Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates, creating robust talent pools.
  8. Administer new hire contracts and coordinate with service providers on work permits and related matters.
  9. Actively participate in HR projects and continuously work on improving recruitment processes.

Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (especially Teamtailor), social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
  2. Experience in full-cycle recruitment; specific experience in Talent Acquisition or HR support is a plus.
  3. (Preferred) A bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  4. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Fluency in English.
