To strengthen our leadership team and help us achieve our long-term financial goals, we are seeking a strategic and results-driven:

CFO

As CFO you will help defining and carry out our financial strategy and be a key player in the company ́s journey forward. The position as CFO entails an overall responsibility for the accounting and financial reporting, on a Group level as well as on a subsidiary/country level. You will continuously work towards making processes and tooling within the finance function more efficient, and support overall process development across the business. You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with the full management team and country managers.

We seek a hands-on financial leader, who is strong in processes, yet with an ability to create results in an entrepreneurial context. You will be working in close co-operation with project management and have an important role in business related decision making and steering. The position is new within the group. We rely upon that you hold relevant experience to establish and develop such a position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy that spans across the Nordic group, aligning with the company ́s growth objectives
  • Manage and develop financial accounting and reporting processes including monthly and annual closings, forecasting and budgeting
  • Serve in a strategic advisory role for the CEO and Country Managers, supporting them in strategic discussions and developing road maps
  • Manage and develop a Financial Support Team within Vibratec, and being responsible for the finance and accounting professionals who perform operational functions in each of our subsidiaries
  • Meeting revenue and earnings goals, while at the same time monitor cash flow, liquidity and working capital
  • Prepare and present consolidated financial reports
  • Manage project controlling including project accounting, profitability follow-up and development of project control procedures
  • Manage relationships with banking and financial institutions
  • Manage tax affairs and legal issues

Experience/Personality

  • A relevant academic background (e.g. MBA, CFA, Economics or similar)
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in controller or financial leadership roles
  • Experience from optimizing processes towards higher efficiency
  • Knowledge of and experience with M&A processes is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, well organized and comfortable in your role with high integrity
  • Self-driven with a hands-on approach as well as a strategic outlook on business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, as well as advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Experience from manufacturing companies is a merit, as well as experience in consolidated accounting . We will attach great importance to your personal qualities.
