Our Welcome team is growing and we're looking for a new colleague to join us in our Stockholm office. You will belong to our Welcoming team in the Customer Excellence organization, where you will have 7 colleagues who work closely together to ensure the best and most qualified customer experience for our businesses customers. For this position, you will report to our Team Lead Sophia Benali.

As our new Onboarding Specialist, your task will consist of performing Initial Due Diligence on new applications, which includes initial screening, telephone contact with the customer, and uncovering the business model and risks. We thus have a great responsibility in relation to our professionalism, that we are up-to-date on current legislation and meet the legal requirements to know our customers, to have uncovered and mitigated any risk. The task of onboarding new customers also requires a commercial understanding, that through the number of new onboardings, we directly contribute to the growth of Lunar.
