Your mission

  • You are responsible for developing profitable sales growth through existing sales channels like distribution, web sales, and Machine Tool partners
  • Collaborate with our Regional Sales Manager and the respective Account Manager to implement the global channel strategy locally
  • Drive channel marketing plans and initiatives to achieve set goals
  • Execute the sales strategy and Sales Cluster tactics in identified sales channels
  • Manage and control the local sales channel strategy
  • Build strong business relations with channel partners
  • Ensure successful management of end-user and channel partner relations
  • Be part of the Nordic Cluster Management Team to drive channel topics and support overall cluster priorities

The location for this position is flexible within our Nordic sales cluster and requires extensive travel within the area as well as in other sales regions

Your profile

  • Degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering, economics, or a related field
  • Experience in modern machining materials, cutting tools, and metal cutting processes
  • Customer relationship management experience, ideally via distributors
  • Knowledge of channel marketing or a willingness to learn marketing concepts
  • Competence in Power BI, CRM-systems for data analysis
  • Must have a valid driver's license for the assigned territory
  • Fluency in English required, knowledge of Swedish is a plus
