Vår uppdragsgivare ConMed är ett globalt medicintekniskt bolag som utvecklar och säljer högkvalitativa produkter inom bla kirurgi och ortopedi. HQ ligger i USA/Florida och i Sverige ligger kontoret i Göteborg. Den svenska kirurgidivisionen fortsätter sin expansion och söker nu dig som vill vara del av deras spännande utvecklingsresa.

Om tjänsten

Som Territory Manager (TM) ingår du i det svenska säljteamet där du kommer vara en viktig del av att utveckla försäljningen, teamet och supporten till våra befintliga och nya kunder. Teamet består av ytterligare 3st TM och du rapporterar till Business Unit Director.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:

  • Skapa och bygga långsiktiga kundrelationer med läkare, op.sjuksköterskor, medicintekniker och inköpare.
  • Arbeta med bearbetning och försäljning av våra produkter inom Kirurgi (Access, Energy, Smoke, Instruments, Patient Care).
  • Göra strategiska planer och sätta upp mål för hur du ska lyckas med din försäljning.
  • Ta ägande och ansvar för din region genom att skapa möten, produktutbildningar samt hög närvaro av klinisk support i operationsmiljö.

Din region omfattar: Stockholm, Uppsala och Norrland så tjänsten kräver resor och körkort.

Vi söker dig som:
  • Är handlingskraftig, självgående, positiv, social och lösningsfokuserad.
  • Genuint intresserad i och får energi av relation- och nätverksbyggande.
  • Drivs av att kontinuerligt utvecklas och utmana dig själv, att sätta höga personliga mål samt fokusera på att uppnå dessa.
  • Har en klinisk bakgrund som Op/An/IVA-ssk och/eller har erfarenhet av försäljning inom MedTech.
  • Har möjlighet att resa och spendera tid i distriktet.
  • Har erfarenhet av CRM-system och goda kunskaper i Officepaketet.
  • Behärskar svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
  • Bor någonstans i din region.
