Som Assisterande Sales Manager ansvarar du för att maximera försäljningen och lönsamheten i butiken tillsammans med butikschefen. Du, tillsammans med butikschefen, samarbetar och tar ansvar för den dagliga driften i butiken. Ni sätter och följer upp försäljningsmål, säkerställer att kampanjer och aktiviteter genomförs enligt marknadsplan. För att trivas och lyckas som assisterande butikschef hos JACK & JONES tror vi att du är en intiativrik och inspirerande person med mycket energi och engagemang. Butikens framgång bygger på er förmåga att coacha erat team att uppnå sin fulla potential och att våra besökare alltid möts av tillgängliga och kunniga säljare – som trivs och vill stanna hos oss.

Utveckling av medarbetare
Kampanjplanering och uppföljning
Vem är du?
Vi söker dig som fyllt 18 år och som känner igen dig i ovanstående roll. Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av butiksdrift i en ledarroll, gärna från en modebutik. Du sporras av nya dagliga utmaningar, eget ansvar och drivs av att analysera och överträffa resultat. Vi ser det som en självklarhet att du älskar mode och trender.

Anställningsform
Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på 70 % (ca 27 timmar/veckan) med start 4 december 2024. Vi tillämpar provanställning.
