Are you a customer focused leader with strong CRM and system expertise who loves driving optimization and business enabling development?

We are now strengthening our Customer Experience business and transformation focus by gathering process and information and CRM steering within one team in B2B. With the aim to improve customer journey and experience to make sure we deliver a coherent experience across our offerings and customer life cycle – from sales to order, delivery and operations.

We are now looking for a CRM Development Manager. I am Charlotte Katz, leading the Process, Information and CRM unit within B2B in Sweden.

Is this your next opportunity?
As CRM Development Manager you will be responsible for CRM development within B2Bs for the offering portfolio.

Example of responsibilities:

Actively leading and maintaining of strategic and operational CRM and Salesforce Platform utilization with ability to leverage Salesforce capabilities to align with and drive overall business strategy. Expertise in leading requirements setting and implementing scalable and efficient CRM and Salesforce solutions that support business goals. Support the Business Units in development and enabling a relevant customer journey with measurable improvements in customer satisfaction. Epic ownership for CRM related development. Enterprise Integration understanding and planning for integrating CRM and Salesforce with other critical enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and business process continuity. Responsibility for roadmap, planning and delivery.

You will lead a Senior CRM team. As Manager CRM Development you will be part of the Process, Information and CRM management team, a team of 4 people, responsible for Offering Management, Process, Information & CRM, Customer Experience and Project & Change management within B2B. Everyone within the team have their own clear responsibilities but we are working closely and cross functionally together, and the team spirit is central, as we together solve and manage our challenges with great commitment and willingness to contribute.

You are a team player and used to manage stakeholders within different parts and levels of an organization.

Your Experience:

University degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 3-5 years relevant work experience within CRM Leadership experience Experience of driving change and leading in a transformation is and merited.
