Genau für diese Mission suchen wir dich als Application Manager SAP IS-U / CRM am Standort in Hamburg oder Berlin.

ine wesentliche Voraussetzung zur Erreichung dieses Ziels ist die Digitalisierung unserer Geschäftsprozesse. Die tägliche Arbeit unserer Spezialisten aus den Fachabteilungen im Zusammenspiel mit Kunden, Servicepartnern und Kollegen soll dadurch vereinfacht werden. Dabei gewonnene Freiräume können genutzt werden, um unserem übergeordneten Ziel mit innovativen Ideen und Produkten näher zu kommen 

In der Position als Application Manager SAP IS-U / CRM verantwortest Du den Betrieb, das Monitoring und die Weiterentwicklung unserer SAP IS-U/CRM-Systeme und deren Einbindung in eine komplexe Systemlandschaft. Mittelfristig wirst Du den Wechsel in eine zukünftige Systemumgebung begleiten und mitgestalten. 

Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

Du bist verantwortlich für die tägliche Verfügbarkeit unserer SAP IS-U und CRM-Systeme im Dialog- und Batch-Betrieb 

Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Business und IT Kolleg:innen zusammen, um aktuelle Themen sowie zukünftige Anforderungen zu verstehen, die Auswirkungen auf den Betrieb sowie die Service Level Agreements abzuleiten und entlang einer Prozess- und Applikationskette zu optimieren 

Du stellst den fachlichen und operativen Betriebsübergang und ein nachhaltiges Steuerungsmodell der implementierten Changes sicher 

Du arbeitest eng zusammen mit den Solution Architekten und den Infrastruktur-Teams innerhalb der Vattenfall IT und bindest Ihre Kompetenz ein, um unsere Systeme technisch weiterzuentwickeln und vor Sicherheits-Risiken zu schützen 

Du bist verantwortlich für die technische und kaufmännische Einhaltung der Service Level Agreements und für das Lifecycle Management der Systeme 

Du berichtest im Rahmen von internen und externen IT-Audits und verantwortest die Umsetzung möglicher Findings

Wer bist Du?

Unser idealer Application Manager SAP IS-U / CRM hat ein hohes Kommunikationsvermögen (in deutscher und in englischer Sprache), eine ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Selbststrukturierung und eigenverantwortlichem Arbeiten und ist neugierig und aufgeschlossen für Veränderungen. 

Dazu bringst Du mit:

Abgeschlossenes Bachelor-, Master- oder Diplomstudium (IT, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar) 

Exzellentes Verständnis der Chancen und Herausforderungen im zunehmenden Digitalisierungsbedarf für Energieversorgungsunternehmen 

Umfassende Kenntnisse der technischen Funktionsweise von SAP-Systemen, des SAP Transport Managements und der Prozesse und Module im SAP IS-U und CRM 

Gutes Verständnis des operativen Steuerungsmodells einer zentralen IT 

Vorzugsweise Erfahrung im Application und System Management von SAP-Systemen 

Kenntnisse von ITIL-Prozessen (CHM, RDM, PRB) 

Gute Kenntnisse des deutschen Energiemarktes und der einschlägigen Marktprozesse sind von Vorteil
