Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to business users, including support, training, and issue resolution
  • Analyze issues independently or in collaboration with colleagues or SAP developers
  • Document solutions and specifications
  • Present solutions for review
  • Carry out SAP configuration tasks
  • Coordinate with projects and internal teams
  • Adhere to company processes and guidelines, such as ITIL
  • Stay updated on sector developments, suggest enhancements, and translate them into improvement proposals
Qualifications

We are seeking a curious and communicative individual to join our team. The role involves maintenance and project-related tasks, so experience in project work is beneficial but not mandatory.

  • University degree (Bachelor or Masters, preferably in IT)
  • Keen to learn new technologies
  • Strong team player
  • Some exposure to agile projects or SAP environments is advantageous
  • Optional: Hands-on experience in SAP PM/MM
  • Optional: Familiarity with Agile environments/projects
  • Optional: Knowledge of JIRA, DevOps
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Fluency in Swedish and English (verbal and written)
