Service Delivery Manager på Advania

Som Service Delivery Manager är du ansvarig för tjänsteleveransen mot utpekade kunder inom Advanias affärsområde Managed Services Provider. Du är en nyckelspelare i de/det kundteam som du ingår i och som i övrigt består av ytterligare specialister inom våra tjänsteområden.

Tjänsten innefattar bland annat följande:

Att kunden får den leverans som överenskommits Att leveransen sker med hög kvalitet och hög kundnöjdhet Driva överenskommen samverkansmodell Att vara med och ta fram proaktiva förbättringsförslag tillsammans med kundteamet Uppföljning av avtalade nivåer gentemot våra kunder Bygga och upprätthålla kundrelationer Vara lyhörd för fortsatta affärsmöjligheter

Du ingår i ett team av 10 personer med bred kompetens, stort engagemang, ett driv som speglar sig i vardagen och alltid med kunden i fokus.

Du utgår från Göteborg, Malmö, Stockholm (Solna) eller Örebro.

Vad vi söker hos dig

Vår nästa kollega är bra på att hålla ihop leveranser i komplexa IT-miljöer med parallella pågående förändringsprojekt. Vi vill att du ser dig själv som kundens IT-chef, fast du är anställd hos oss. Vi ser att du tidigare har arbetat i roller som Service Delivery Manager, IT-driftschef, Leveransansvarig, Service Manager, projektledare eller liknande på medelstora till stora företag.

Vi söker dig som har:

Minst 5-10 års erfarenhet av tidigare anställning som Service Delivery Manager (eller liknande roll) Erfarenhet inom IT-branschen Erfarenhet av att arbeta med managerade tjänster Erfarenhet av att självständigt hålla i kundrelationer Erfarenhet av att arbeta i ServiceNow är meriterande Erfarenhet och förståelse kring ITIL, certifiering är meriterande Flytande svenska och engelska språkkunskaper, i såväl tal som skrift

Rollen kräver en stor förståelse för kundens verksamhet och prioriteringar gällande pågående förvaltning och eventuella supportärenden som är öppna, detta tillgodoses genom att ständigt hålla dig uppdaterad om kundens behov och agera som expert inom managerade tjänster. Du har teknisk kompetens och ett intresse för teknik inom managerade tjänster. Ditt serviceinriktade arbete ska bidra till att kunden fortsätter att arbeta med Advania. För det krävs det att du har lätt för att ta kontakt med leverantörer och kollegor för att lösa kundens utmaningar.
