The team, mission and position:

In Orange business we deliver services and products through Sovereign cloud where we can offer fully managed services which gives you full automation skills, or you can use the Sovereign self-service cloud, a platform which allows you to use the hyperscale-like functionality and flexibility under clear local regulations and rules.

We are now looking for a skilled professional specialized in pre-sale that will be providing sales coverage and capability for the Sovereign Cloud services, both managed & self-service. This position is directly supporting the Business Area Sovereign Cloud and the activities for up-selling, following leads, marketing events, advisory to the existing sales teams.

This position will be placed in our Global pre-sales & product team, with the mission to support the local entities with specialized competence within the Sovereign cloud area.

Your key areas of responsibility will be:

Being a part of building our specialized pre-sales cloud team. Supporting the qualifying of local leads in on Sovereign cloud.

Supporting bid-team in constructing the offer.

Crafting our unique selling points for Sovereign cloud services. Working in close co-op with Business Area Sovereign Cloud.

Cooperation with product management & product marketing to ensure relevant value-proposition.

Be a virtual part of the local sales-team.



For this position you should have:

Experience from being the motor in driving both proven but also ground-breaking business cases.
Experience and motivation from working with building sales cases, both technical and commercially on managed IT services.
Knowledge about the complete picture of landing zones; Hyperscalers (public cloud), Trusted Cloud, Private Cloud, Sovereign cloud.
Experiences from compliance, how to address local rules and regulations for IT services, such as working with national security regulations.
Customer interaction experience, advisory services. Experience as a Solution Architect, from Pre-sales, sales or similar. A Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar is preferred, but not a requirement. Relevant experience can compensate if education do not match. At least 10 years work experience from the IT industry. The ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes Very good communication skills (both written and spoken) in both English and Norwegian or Swedish The ability to be a strategic networker, a target driven motivator and to align the organization around it’s goals.
