Babyshop är en pionjär inom svensk e-handel, som snabbt växte till en omsättning på över en miljard. Bolaget har etablerat sig på nästan 100 marknader globalt, drivit ett av norra Europas mest avancerade automatiserade e-handelslager och förvärvat bolag i Sverige, England och Frankrike. När lönsamheten inte kom och marknaden vände följde ett stålbad av omstrukturering och rekonstruktion. Nu är Babyshop redo att byggas upp igen med en ny ledning och en mindre, snabbfotad organisation. Om Rollen

Som Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) på Babyshop kommer du att spela en nyckelroll i bolagets strategiska riktning och kommersiella framgång. Rollen innebär ansvar för att leda och utveckla vår e-handel och marknadsföring. Du kommer att ha det övergripande ansvaret för att driva lönsam försäljning genom att balansera kortsiktigare taktiska inslag med långsiktigare initiativ för att stärka vårt varumärke och marknadsposition. Rollen innebär också ett nära samarbete med vårt inköpsteam för att säkerställa att produktutbud och marknadsföring samspelar med varandra. Som del av ledningsgruppen är du med och utvecklar och genomför strategier för att nå företagets mål. Din arbetsplats kommer att vara på vårt kontor i centrala Stockholm.

Om Dig

Vi söker dig som är en erfaren ledare med lång erfarenhet inom kommersiell utveckling och marknadsföring, från e-handel och retail. Du har en stark förmåga att analysera data, har en bra känsla för marknadstrender och kundbehov, och kan omvandla dessa insikter till lönsamma strategier och kampanjer. Du har erfarenhet av att hantera externa byråer och samarbetspartners, är en utmärkt kommunikatör och en inspirerande ledare. Du trivs i en dynamisk miljö där snabba beslut och datadrivna strategier är i fokus. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av att jobba både som retailer och med att utveckla eget varumärke.

Kravspecifikation:

  • Minst 6 års erfarenhet av kommersiell och/eller marknadsrelaterad ledning, från retail/e-handel
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att leda och utveckla team.
  • Stark analytisk förmåga och vana vid att arbeta datadrivet.
  • Flytande i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.
  • Erfarenhet av turnaround-arbete är meriterande.
