We are currently seeking a SAP Integration Lead.

Our operations and how we support our customers is undergoing a major business transformation, a Greenfield implementation of SAP to support business transformation. A key role in this business and IT transformation journey is our Integration Lead.

You will be a key player in one of our biggest business transformation programs ever.

As part of this Greenfield program, we will replace many of our existing solutions and processes with new solutions from SAP.

Purpose of role and key responsibilities

You will be our senior integration designer and advisor. As such, you will lead the work to define our future integration architecture, design and operations, in close cooperation with business and IT stakeholders, as well as with SAP and our implementation partner You are a strong advocate and gatekeeper for our principles: standardization, harmonization & simplification.

Specific tasks, skills and behaviours includes:

•Co-exist architecture and design. You drive the migration from, and decommissioning of, our legacy platforms; together with representatives from our partners.

•You guide other projects and initiatives towards our target architecture and design. And support with knowledge, guidelines, frameworks etc.

•Responsible for the operations of our integration platform.

•Guidelines/instructions are developed and maintained. Deviations from agreed design principles and ways of working are lifted.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as Integration Lead you will work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

•Upon completion of our transformation program, you will continue to be part of the SAP CoE supporting the continuous business development and improvement journey.

Qualifications, experiences and personal characteristics

We are looking for you who will be an active member of our team and add value to the program by using your SAP, technology, and business competence.

To be successful in this role, you:

•Have minimum 6 years of experience in a similar senior role within integration platforms, with a strong understanding of SAP’s newer integration capabilities within Integration Suite and BTP.

Experience from our current integration platforms, Biztalk and Seeburger is strong advantage.

•A similarly strong competence in integration concepts, methodologies and patterns.

•Have been involved in large SAP implementations, preferably greenfield projects and are familiar with SAP’s solution landscape as well as best practices, methods and tools from SAP.

•Contribute with drive, leadership and a positive attitude. You speak up and have opinions, backed up by guiding principles, target architecture, program playbook etc.

•Take decisions and contribute to decision making.

•Have a Master of Science university degree (technical faculty or similar) or equivalent through work experience.

•Are fluent in spoken and written English
