Cluster Revenue Manager - Vi söker dig som älskar att kreativt optimera affärer tillsammans med ett team, och som villbidra till ett företag i världsklass med hjälp av analyser och ett starkt ledarskap.
I rollen som Cluster Revenue Manager har du ett övergripande ansvar för att arbeta med destrategiska och taktiska ramarna för prissättning av 33 hotell i våra distrikt Väst och Syd i Sverige.Detta gör du tillsammans med ditt team av 7 Revenue Managers, övrig Revenue Managementorganisation, vår gruppbokning, Scandic Group and Meeting, våra säljare, samt alla våra fantastiskahotell runtom i Sverige. Ditt team har framför allt ett tätt samarbete med de Revenue Managers somarbetar med grupp- och mötesaffärerna.
Att du har en kommersiell förståelse, en stark kommunikationsförmåga, utvecklande och nyfikenledarskapsförmåga, är samarbetsvillig, beslutsam och är starkt proaktiv är självklart. Du ansvararäven för att optimera och utveckla arbetssätten i Sverige tillsammans med Revenue Managementledningsgruppen.
Du har en förmåga att identifiera och agera på trender, möjligheter och utmaningar i form avprisutveckling, kundbeteenden och distributionskanaler, så att Scandic kan vara relevanta och detprioriterade valet för kunderna. Du förstår vikten av att identifiera, mäta och följa relevanta nyckeltal ihela organisationen och hur du är med och påverkar just helheten. Du ansvarar för att analyseraaffären och presentera resultaten till olika delar av organisationen i olika format och med olikafrekvens tillsammans med ditt team. Du är självklart intresserad och drivs av utveckling, du räds inteförändring och du lutar dig på tillgänglig data för att säkerställa dina analyser.

Vår drömkandidat är öppensinnad, stabil och har en hög analytisk förmåga. Du är drivande, proaktiv,resultatfokuserad och har ett öga för detaljer.Du drivs av att hela tiden prestera lite bättre utifrån satta mål, att arbeta genom ett team och tycker attdet är spännande och roligt att jobba i avancerade optimeringssystem (på Scandic arbetar vi medprisoptimeringssystemet IDeaS G3). Du har en god samarbetsförmåga, är modig och trivs i enutvecklingsorienterad och föränderlig organisation.
Vi söker dig som har gedigen erfarenhet inom prissättning eller analys/data och som drivit frågorutifrån ett lönsamhetsperspektiv. Vi vill att du har 3-5 års arbetslivserfarenhet från likvärdigt arbeteeller av Revenue Management inom annan bransch samt erfarenhet av ledarskap.
Det är meriterande med en akademisk utbildning inom ekonomi, statistik eller motsvarande samtkunskap inom boknings-/distributions-/revenueoptimeringssystem.
