About the job

As a Remote Sales Specialist within our Operating Room Solutions (ORS) business area, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and increasing market share by promoting and selling Mölnlycke products within Sweden. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions.

Key responsibilities:

Drive sales growth and profitability in the assigned territory by meeting and exceeding sales targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand Mölnlycke’s customer base and increase product adoption. Maintain in-depth knowledge of Mölnlycke’s ORS products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to healthcare professionals. Provide product training and support to customers, ensuring optimal product usage and patient outcomes. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Process and document sales processes in CRM system.
