Vi finns online i Sverige, Norge, Finland, Danmark, Nederländerna, Belgien och Polen, och erbjuder även fysiska skönhetsupplevelser i våra butiker i Stockholm och Borås. Sök tjänsten och bli en av oss. Vad gör du hos oss?Som Buyer ansvarar du för att vi har rätt produkt, i rätt kvantitet och i rätt timing till vår e-handelskanal. Du jobbar aktivt med prognoser och optimerar inköpsförslag med hjälp av vårt inköpssystem och olika datakällor, och du äger hanteringen av orderläggning samt assisterar vid behov även inleverans och fakturamatchning. I rollen ingår även löpande kontakt med våra samarbetspartners, samarbete med marknads- och e-handelsteam samt löpande förbättringar av vårt inköpssystem tillsammans med vårt Operations-team. 

Ansvarsområden:
  • Optimera prognoser, pre-orders, löpande orders och kampanjorders med hjälp av försäljningsdata och inköpssystem
  • Basregistrering av sortiment och samarbete med masterdata/e-handelsteam
  • Koordinering och optimering av det sortiment som aktiveras i våra marknadsföringskanaler och samarbete med marknadsteam
  • Orderhantering samt vid behov inleverans- och fakturahantering
  • Optimering och hantering av lagernivåer och koordinering av kampanjer avsedda att sälja av eventuellt överlager
  • Optimering och löpande förbättringar av våra processer och system
Vem är du?För att lyckas i rollen är du analytisk och driven med en passion för inköp, försäljning och siffror. Du har tidigare erfarenhet inom branschen, e-handel och gärna erfarenhet av en liknande roll sedan tidigare. Vi ser även gärna att du har ett personligt intresse eller tidigare erfarenhet av skönhet. Du är en driven teamplayer som trivs i en dynamisk miljö. För att lyckas i rollen har du:
  • Bakgrund inom inköp och/eller supply planning
  • 2+ år arbetslivserfarenhet från liknande roll.
  • Erfarenhet av e-handel eller annan typ av retail eller konsumentbolag
  • Flytande kunskaper i det svenska och engelska språket 
  • Intresse eller tidigare erfarenhet av skönhetsbranschen är meriterande.
