Your mission

We are looking for a candidate like you, someone with combined experience of strategy and leadership who is ready to take charge of the team for a year. In this role, you will lead our most important strategic initiatives and be a centerpiece in ensuring that the company succeeds with its high set ambitions for 2025 and onward. This opportunity is perfect for you if you're eager to make a meaningful impact through both your own initiatives and the team as a whole. Your relationship-building and communication skills will be key as you navigate this dynamic role in a large organization of both local and regional stakeholders.

  • Lead our Strategy and Planning team for one year
  • Work closely with regional and local stakeholders to support strategy development and execution
  • Drive strategic initiatives that impact the entire organization, with a focus on scalability and growth
  • Provide the management team with the insights and support needed to deliver on strategic priorities
  • Lead structured planning processes, collecting input from stakeholders and synthesizing recommendations
  • Ensure alignment on strategic projects across departments, working closely with both regional and local teams within all fields

As a candidate for the Strategy and Planning Manager role, you bring a blend of business-minded thinking and analytical skills, allowing you to make data-driven decisions that support our growth objectives. Your structured approach to problem-solving helps you prioritize initiatives and keep focus in complex situations. Being a relationship builder, you foster strong connections across teams and departments, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment on strategic goals. Your communicative nature allows you to convey insights and recommendations clearly to various stakeholders, driving impactful change. Additionally, your leadership skills enable you to guide strategic initiatives, influence outcomes, and inspire others to achieve shared objectives.

Start date: Upon agreement


Qualifications

  • Strong experience in strategy and planning, or a similar role, in a large, international and complex organization
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and influence senior management
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, with experience in collaborating across teams with different backgrounds and specialties
  • Structured and detail-oriented approach, with excellent communication skills in English and Swedish
  • University degree in business, economics, or a related field
  • Experience in supporting high-growth environments is a plus
