About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at TUI, responsible for shaping and delivering accommodation strategy to ensure our products are loved by customers and commercially viable across all TUI markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement accommodation strategies to drive customer satisfaction and commercial success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review commercial performance, volume forecasting, and product planning.
  • Create and brief product plans to all TUI markets, ensuring buy-in and alignment.
  • Manage destination trading, adjust forecasts, and amend product plans as necessary.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, track commercial and quality metrics, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with Group Purchasing and Local Market Commercial teams to deliver profitable product plans.
  • Participate in projects within the Markets Product Management team and take on Key Account Role for Hotel Chains in your area.
About You

We are looking for a team player who can build strong cross-team relationships, excellent communicator with fluent English, and intercultural experience to work effectively in diverse cross-market teams.

  • Display strong knowledge of the destination and understanding of its product and resort characteristics.
  • International travel is required.
