About the Position
Nordics consists of five markets (SWE, FI, NO, DK, ICE). We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Category Manager to join our Nordic HQ in central Stockholm and make a difference at Kraft Heinz Nordics.
The Category Manager lies within the Nordic business unit. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.
You will work in the marketing team reporting into Head of Marketing & Commercial Nordics. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The execution of the category strategy for one of the world’s strongest and most loved brands, Heinz, will be your primary responsibility.
In brief, you will:
Analyze & identify key growth opportunities for Kraft Heinz Brands & Categories within the Nordics markets and also by retailers
Continuous monitoring of category and Kraft Heinz portfolio performance and develop actions plans based on the analysis and insights
Lead the insights agenda, using platforms including Nielsen and Euromonitor and develop insights for our long term category strategy
Play a key role to drive future innovation pipeline development and lead the assessment of NPD post launch performance
Lead category workshops such as Brand Day by customer
Support sales team with trade window range reviews, portfolio strategy and planogram negotiations etc.
Qualifications
Hard Skills
Bachelor’s Degree required (preferably in Business or Marketing); Master’s Degree is a plus
Ideallyt 5-6 years’ experience in FMCG category development & analytics
Experience with Nielsen/Euromonitor or other insights platforms and retailer shopper insight platforms.
Highly numerate and strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market, category and financial data to identify key trends and recommend solutions.
Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skill.
Highly organized with good planning skills and the ability to manage cross functional category projects both within and outside of the company.
Strong key stakeholder management skills (both internal and external)
Language skills: Fluent in English, both written and oral is a must. Nordic language is a plus.
Other skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential
