We’re fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Nordics and parts of continental Europe, but we have no plans to stop anytime soon. As we continue to expand our product offering to new merchants and geographic regions, our logistical network and operations are getting increasingly complex.

About the role as Commercial Director
As the Commercial Director in Sweden you will be part of Instabee's biggest market - Sweden, where it all began and also where the engine sits, and therefore you will also work closely with several departments within the organisation. You will be heading a team of 9 people within the commercial area of the company and you will be placed in Stockholm. The Commercial Director will also contribute as a member of the Swedish management team and report to the General Manager for the Nordics.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the commercial team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to maximise performance and productivity. Develop and implement a commercial strategy for Sweden to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Set and follow up team and individual targets. Identify new business opportunities and market trends, getting market insight and analysis to inform strategic decision-making. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Oversee the negotiation and execution of contracts, agreements, and partnerships, ensuring favourable terms and conditions. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, including Global sales, operations, finance and product/tech, to align commercial activities with overall business goals.  Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, KPIs, and financial data to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, adjusting strategies as necessary to maintain a competitive edge Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives together with Global Commercial and the product organisation, optimising processes and workflows for greater efficiency and effectiveness. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, enhancing brand visibility and expanding network connections.

Who you are?
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic-minded and people oriented Commercial Director to lead our commercial activities and drive business growth. You will head the Commercial Team and will take pride in motivating and supporting your team to success. The Commercial Director will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies, driving new sales, managing key accounts, fostering strong relationships with clients and partners, and at the same time ensuring a successful team spirit. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and managing big key also have an analytical and strategic mindset and achieve targets.

We see that you have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with a proven successful track record in commercial leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar capacity. Also you have demonstrated success in developing and implementing commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion, demonstrated success in driving new sales and large key accounts with KPIs and performance management. Furthermore you have experience from strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives. You see yourself as a person with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. You are a strategic thinker with analytical prowess, capable of synthesising complex information and making data-driven decisions. Furthermore you have a results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and exceeding targets. Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities. Preferably you have an understanding of the e-com industry landscape, market dynamics, and customer needs. And last but not least you are fluent in English and Swedish both spoken and written.
