Customer Support Specialist

About the Role

We are currently searching for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Ekerö and support with order handling for our Tigerholm brand. We are looking for a person who is organized, structured, and has great communication skills. About your responsibilities at SPX FLOW

Plan deliveries in consultation with Site Manager and Light Assembler Coach. Handle customer inquires and requests, quotations, order processing, and deliveries for our customers. Create and manage customer orders from placement to shipment with accurate lead times and verify pricing, credit memos, and return authorization requests. Achieve customer support KPI’s like Customer On-Time Delivery, Initial review time of queries, and time to close open queries. Manage internal and external stakeholder queries via CRM System (C4C), email or phone calls in English and Swedish. Provide general support and collaborate with other department like Operations, Sales, Engineering and Quality. New customer registration. Administrate customer changes in the system and manage customer data accuracy.

What Do You Need

At least 2 years of work experience in Inside Sales/Customer Service in a B2B environment or similar position. Ability to develop strong relationships with customers at various levels. Good communication skills and able to be successful in a dynamic environment. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment that is fast-paced and demanding. Experience with an ERP system (preferably SAP), and a CRM system. Administration skills, including sound working knowledge of MS Office. Fluent in English and Swedish, both verbal and written.
