Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled native Finnish speaking Corporate Communicator to join our Nordic team. As a key member of a small, dynamic group, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering our corporate communication strategies across various platforms, with a particular focus on social media. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that the needs and interests of our Finnish stakeholders are effectively addressed and managed.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively address and manage the needs and interests of our Finnish stakeholders both internally and externally. Help to develop and implement communication strategies that enhance our corporate image and engagement. Collaborate with the Nordic team to produce high-quality content for different channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with our corporate goals. Manage media inquiries and relations effectively. Monitor social media trends and leverage platforms to improve our presence and engagement.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years proven experience in communications or a related field, Must be native speaking in Finnish and fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Swedish speaking is a bonus. Strong understanding of social media platforms and strategies. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment and report across different countries. Driven, proactive, and able to independently manage multiple projects.
