We are now looking to expand the HR team with a People & Culture Partner in region EMEA.

About the role

You will act as an experienced People Partner to units and/or functions in your area of responsibility. You will provide strategic advice and hands-on support to our senior leadership and teams in our global people HR priorities, processes, and internal practices. You will also act as the go-to person for a few designated countries within EMEA.

You will report to the Head of HR, based in Stockholm. You will be part of a global HR team and work closely with leaders in different countries, alongside global and country People & Culture Partners, as well as HR specialists in our Global HR Communities of Practice.

The role is based at our HQ in Stockholm. It is a hybrid role.

Key responsibilities:

Global People Partnering

You are the HR go-to person for leaders and teams in your units where you actively support in resolving and giving advice in organizational and employee matters in strong collaboration with dedicated country HR colleagues. Provide advice and support in areas such as performance management, organizational changes, compensation & benefits, staffing planning, and employee engagement. Partner with the business in how to build high performing teams and efficient organizations and how to build competences and talents for future needs.

Project management and coordination

You have an active role in change and transformation initiatives in the EMEA business and/or part of our global company agenda. You assist in driving the people side of change and the unique HR agenda as part of initiatives focusing on enhancing our business performance, organic growth, and development of future proof organizations.

Develop HR

With the combined responsibility of supporting global functions and designated countries, you will be offering insights into business and regional needs for our global HR agenda. We're in the process of harmonizing HR practices post-acquisitions, and you will together with our HR colleagues support in creating a unified employee experience.

Champion our culture

You'll be a cultural champion, embodying our Sinch culture and core values, and helping strengthen the company culture by being an inspiring role model.

About you

In order to be successful in this role, you have a great passion for creating business value through practical and strategic HR work. You love working with stakeholders in a global context and with global HR processes as well as providing guidance in people matters across several countries. You love taking the initiative, steer your work independently and thrive in fast-paced environments and have the agility and resilience to adjust to change.

Significant experience as an HR Business Partner or HR manager in a global environment. International experience is required as well as experience supporting multiple organizations and stakeholders spread across various countries. Proven experience of various HR areas including workforce planning, organizational changes, talent management, performance development, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, and overall operational excellence in HR. Experience in labour law, industrial and union relations and European employment legislation and compliance is a big plus. Project management capability: you possess the expertise to seamlessly define, structure, and lead various HR initiatives, applying a project-oriented approach. Your verbal and written communication skills in English are top-notch and people trust you easily at all levels, thanks to your excellent relationship-building skills You're highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
